Motivation- Use Your Strengths Part 4

Here we go with part four. The question posed to people who have suffered a severe injury was:  What are your strengths and how have they helped you?

Never look down on someone, especially when they ask questions. This helps you build relationships and learn more. I'm not afraid to ask questions, confident enough not to worry what others will think.

On your journey, never react negatively when someone questions you.  Be gracious and try to think about the question- it might lead you to greater insight about your work.  And NEVER be afraid to ask questions.  Remember the old saying, there is no such thing as a stupid question.  Well, believe me, there are stupid questions, but don't let that stop you if there is something you know you don't know.  Question everything, and when it's your turn to be questioned, remember what it felt like to be on the other end of things.
