Formatting Headache

I'm a girl who knows how to read and follow directions.

You'd think that would mean less errors.

You'd be wrong.

Despite following KDP's formatting instructions to the letter, the formatting on my e-book was whacked.  I've managed to fix most of the issue (by sheer experimentation), but there is still a space between each paragraph.  I think I have this figured out, however, it takes up to 12 hours to update.

The moral of the story? If you downloaded my book, and you hate the way it looks, I'm on it.  It is free Friday and Saturday, so you can download the corrected version this weekend free of cost.

Ahh... the life of a e-pub virgin :)

And when I am sure I've got it all figured out, I'll be sure to share what settings I used, etc. if anyone is interested.

Sleep? Who needs it!  :)

If anyone knows how to remove the extra space between paragraphs, please let me know! I've tried changing the paragraph settings for "before" and "after", and I've selected "do not add space between paragraphs".  It looks fine in word, and as a webpage.  The spaces only show up in the previewer. I'm at a loss.
